1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide through enquiry or quotation forms, including your name, email address, institution, phone number, service preferences, subject area, target journal, project instructions, and newsletter choice. Manuscript files are not requested through the current website form.
Technical information may include IP address, browser and device data, security signals, and basic traffic measurements supplied by hosting and analytics services.
2. How we use information
Information may be used to assess enquiries, prepare quotations, communicate about requested services, prevent abuse, maintain service records, improve the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. Manuscript confidentiality
Unpublished research and related project information are treated as confidential service material. Access should be limited to people and providers necessary to assess, manage, or perform the agreed work. A separate NDA or institutional agreement may apply where accepted in writing.
4. Service providers and international processing
The website may rely on Cloudflare for hosting, security, cookie-free Web Analytics, and quote-record storage, and on Resend for transactional email. Information may be processed in countries other than your own under the provider’s applicable safeguards.
5. Analytics choices
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate, cookie-free traffic measurements as part of operating the website. Google Analytics 4 is separate and loads only after a visitor explicitly accepts analytics. The Google integration is limited to page and interaction events and must not receive quote-form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, manuscript instructions, or other direct identifiers.
Your Google Analytics choice is stored in your browser. You can reopen it at any time using “Analytics choices” in the footer.
6. Retention and security
Website quote records are scheduled for deletion from Cloudflare KV after 365 days. Short-lived abuse-prevention and duplicate-submission records expire sooner. Other service records may be retained only as reasonably needed for delivery, disputes, accounting, and legal compliance. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure; reasonable organizational and technical controls should be maintained.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Newsletter consent can be withdrawn at any time. Requests can be sent to help@editelites.com.
8. Updates and contact
